In attachment is the record that we signed yesterday. All (on our side, eg Arrechea and co-UTE) agree that the results were very positive. Never (in history Cult Barrios Program) came to this instance.
details (which there are many) the give in the assembly, so as not to cause confusion or misunderstanding (and because it's applicable).
The meeting will be held on Friday May 6 at 16 pm. at IMPA (Querandíes 4290, and Pringles-).
The delay in sending this mail is because recently confirmed the place of assembly.
