Regarding point the minutes "Recomposition wage" in Minister informs us that in the decree 172/09 which gives life to the plant transient non-formal teachers, introduces an article by which any increase is granted to government personnel engaged the city would include the teaching staff. Minister also informs us that as a result of the increase granted last months of 2008 (lump sum $ 110) to instruct the final increase is higher than those hired under Decree 948/952. Here we made a claim for which the increase granted to the contract is 38% scaled October and the teachers is 33% also scaled October. I look to revise the rates and having wrong it would raise the teachers' 45%.

It would consist of workers and the Ministry of Culture. Among its functions would define administrative format program workers as well as establish mechanisms of evolution and profiles of workers in the program and income through competitions among other things. While the Act states that all 2009 income would be carried forward through this mechanism in the absence of the assembly of these who entered contests in breach of this requirement, must contest the position in 2010 as the coordinator of the Program General.
